Bogdan Sawczenko

We are sad to announce the recent death of another of our Pestalozzi community – Bogdan Sawczenko.

Bogdan had suffered long-term health issues and is understood to have been in the care of one of his daughters in British Columbia, Canada, where he had been a long-time resident.

Our community remembers Bogdan with great fondness. One of two mischievous identical twins, he and brother Petro (also deceased) were rarely apart, bringing a liveliness and cheer to all around them. Bogdan will be greatly missed but his memory will endure.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Bogdan’s family.
